Is there a limit to the number of letters in a name, or the number of strands, you can have on each bracelet?  
For Czechoslovakian glass alphabet beads there is no limit to the  number of letter beads.  On alphabet cubes 9 cubes are included per strand.  Additional letters are $2.00 each.  There is a limit of up to 7 strands per bracelet.  Beyond 7 strands, we recommend two bracelets.   

Can I choose different beads instead of the ones pictured?
We welcome you to add your favorite beads as we offer a wide variety.   Please include on the order page in the Special Instructions section the bead code found on our bead selection page.  If there is a complication with the bead you have chosen we will contact you.

After I place my order, how long before I receive my bracelet, or necklace?
Please allow 4-10 days for delivery.  Generally, orders are shipped the same day order is placed.  Weekend orders will be sent the following work day.  After placing order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information and ship date.

Will the beads lose their color or shine?
Our bracelets and necklaces are handcrafted with beads which will never tarnish, dent or fade, crack, chip or peel. 

What is the difference between Czechoslovakian Glass Alphabet beads and Sterling Silver alphabet cubes?
Czechoslovakian Glass Alphabet beads are rounded and white with black letters on two sides.  Our Sterling Silver alphabet cubes have letter on each of the 4 sides.

What is your return policy?  
We generally do not have returns since most bracelets are custom ordered.  Sometimes when ordering gifts, size is not just perfect.  We will restring, or adjust, size for $2.00 per strand.  If you are not completely satisfied with your bracelet please contact us.  Repairs to jewelry can also be made.  Jewelry can be restrung for $2.00 per strand, excluding woven bracelets which are $6.00. 

How do I know what size to order?
For size, measure wrist and add 1 inch.  For a child size bracelet, measure wrist and add 1/2 inch.  

Each bracelet appears to have a different look.  Are all bracelets made of the same type of bead? 
Photos may not represent the true beauty of our bracelets.  Please be assured we use the highest quality bead.  Gold beads used in our bracelets are 14K gold-filled.  Silver beads are sterling silver.  To view our complete bead selection, click here.
